How do I create my portfolio?

After downloading UGCio, complete the onboarding flow to set up your profile. You can add portfolio items, set your rates, and customize your creator profile all from the app.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > UGCio.

Is my data safe?

Yes. UGCio stores your data locally on your device. We don't collect personal information or send your data to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I share my web profile?

Once you publish your profile from the app, it's available at ugcio.app/yourusername. Share this link with brands and clients to showcase your work.
